Ali and her team were completely fluid with everything dealing with our loan process. Never once was did I have to leave a message with a question, the phone was always answered when we called with a question. All of our questions were answered quickly and easily to understand and we were never pushed off to someone else. This team is the best I have ever dealt with in my 20 years as a homeowner!
